Recovery

After the procedure, your nose will be packed and you will have a cast/splint on the surface of your nose. The packing is removed after 4-5 days; the cast is removed after one week. Immediately after the cast is removed your nose will swell. The swelling will not completely be resolved for almost 1 year.

The initial swelling will take about 1-2 month for 75% reduction. The appearance of the nose will change for about one year after the surgery. Patience is a virtue for this surgery.
